CAUTION
Taking Nebivolol with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.

Twinnebi 2.5 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Twinnebi 2.5 Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Twinnebi 2.5 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Twinnebi 2.5 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Uses of Twinnebi Tablet
Twinnebi 2.5 Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure.
How to use Twinnebi Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Twinnebi 2.5 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Twinnebi 2.5 Tablet works
Twinnebi 2.5 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Nebivolol and cilnidipine which lower blood pressure effectively. Nebivolol is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate while cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker which works by relaxing blood vessels. Together, they make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
Common Nausea, Constipation, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Dizziness, Weakness, Headache, Cold extremities, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Edema, Numbness of extremity, Decreased blood pressure, Slow heart rate.
